20% Nylon and 80% Alpaca, made from the fleece of our own herd of alpacas, specifically, Moon and Aria. This high end, superior quality yarn is sock weight and 3ply, making it perfect for hard wearing socks. Another secret we can let you in on, this yarn is produced with the 2nds of the alpaca blanket. This yarn is slightly coarser (compared to our prime, silky blankets). It's still as soft as you know our yarns to be, but this slightly coarser fibre mixed with nylon is a dream team!  You can't believe how amazing it feels on the needles. Soft, durable and hypoallergenic. Can I say more?!
