What payment methods do you accept?

We are happy to accept all types of payment including all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) Debit, cash, E-Transfer, Google and Apple Pay.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do sell gift cards! We have lovely paper gift cards, complete with envelope that we are happy to ship to your giftee. Please send us a message to order one. We are also currently working on adding electronic gift cards to our shop as well.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We unfortunatly are unable to offer same day delivery. As we are a farm, we are located in the country. Our postal services are not able to offer same day in a rural setting. The best same day we can offer is for you to come to the shop in person! We are happy to ship all items to any address world wide.

Do I have to book a time to Visit or Shop?

We always reccomend you book a time to visit the store or your farm tour to ensure we're not busy with another group. As a small farm on our home property, we have limited staff. We do accept drop in visits and shopping as well!

Can we visit the animals?

Absolutely! Our animals love visitors. Our farm tours are $5/person. You can prebook here, or call to reserve your time. Farm tours are 40min-2h depending on interest level. Group tours are also available for school groups or yarn crawls! 
Please note - NO fur babies are able to visit with you on your trip. We apologize for any inconvenience but for the safety of all our animals and your babies as well, please leave them home.

Is your site accessible?

We've done our very best to make our site accessible to all. However, being a farm, we are limited to what we can do. We are open to all genders, religions, etc. All are welcome here. 
Our farm visitors are walked around our site which is fairly flat, but is raw ground. Wheelchairs and walkers are all able to access both the barn and our site in general. We have ample room for loading/unloading. Our shop is also accessible to all wheel chairs and walkers that can fit through a standard size door. If there's a concern, please be sure to contact us! 

What is your return policy?

While we hope you are happy with all products we produce we understand that sometimes returns need to be made. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. All original packaging is in tact and item is able to be resold. If the item is damaged in any way, unpackaged, or otherwise altered, we are unable to accept this return. All returns are to be shipped at the buyers expense unless otherwise indicated. Once received, the item will be inspected and a refund made at that time to the original purchase avenue.
