This beautiful little gnome or fairy hat has been hand knit with alpaca yarn from my own herd and handspun in my studio. The fibers chosen for this hat were exceptionally soft and the natural colors blend so well. The perfect thing to keep a new babe warm in the chilly fall or winter. Alpaca is the best choice for newborns as it is naturally hypo Allergenic, moisture wicking, insulating and breathable. No chemicals are used in the production of the yarn. Completely natural colors. Great while in hospital, for those first initial outings or just snuggling on the couch watching the snowflakes fall lazily onto the trees.
The hat is knit in two colors with a cute little tuft on top. It's so, so soft!
This hat will fit approximately 0-6mo
To wash: Hand wash in warm water using a gentle detergent or our home made wool wash. Rinse. Roll in clean towel to remove excess water and lay flat to air dry.
